Delete your Om Spice account

You can permanently delete your Om Spice & Grocery account and the personal details linked to it. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in with that account.

What gets removed

• Your name, email, phone number, and saved addresses
• Wishlist, cart, and saved device tokens
• Referral details and notification records

Historical order records may be retained for accounting and legal purposes, but they are no longer linked to identifiable account details.

Delete from the website

1. Sign in at omspice.com.au/login.
2. Open your account menu.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm with your password (not required for social-only accounts).

Delete from the mobile app

1. Open the Om Spice Grocery app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
